Rental Policy

Check-In time: 3PM Check-Out time: 12PM

Three Night Minimum: October - May

Weekly: June - September

Reservations require 50% deposit.

Balance plus security due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments accepted through Paypal (add 3%) or personal check.

Cancellations refunded if Casita is rebooked, less $100 service charge.
